Bestaroo sleep bags are intended for use only in the crib and without additional loose bedding such as blankets, quilt and pillows. Never use more than one sleep sack on baby at one time, never allow baby to become too hot or too cold, monitor baby's temperature regularly. Always use the appropriate size sleep sack as determined by the baby's height/length and weight.
Small: Length 23"-26" weight 10-18 lbs age 0-6m
Medium: Length 26"-30" weight 16-24lbs age 6-12m
Large: Length 30"-35" weight 22-28lbs age 12-18m

Shipping on orders $50+ is free within the United States. All other shipping costs are based on carrier weight and destination charges.
We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Our current processing time in our warehouse is 1-3 business days for all orders including priority, express shipping and 2 day air.
Delays up to 10 days are possible during sales, launches and holidays. Carrier delays are also a possibility and we are not responsible for any delays or lost packages caused by mail carriers. If your package has been lost, please contact your local carrier to report a lost item and to have them locate it and then contact us if they cannot find it.

We want you to love your Bestaroo purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and from a smoke-free environment. Start your return through our Return Center. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return. A $5 return label fee will be deducted from refunds but is waived when you choose store credit. Sale, BOGO/B2G2, sample sale, mystery items, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
