Shipping on orders $50+ is free within the United States. All other shipping costs are based on carrier weight and destination charges.

Delays up to 10 days are possible during sales, launches and holidays. Carrier delays are also a possibility and we are not responsible for any delays or lost packages caused by mail carriers. We want you to love your Bestaroo purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and from a smoke-free environment. Start your return through our Return Center. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return. A $5 return label fee will be deducted from refunds but is waived when you choose store credit.
