Returns

RETURNS CENTER 

  • All items purchased during a sale are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, no exceptions. Including but not limited to the following sales: BOGO, B2G2, sample sale, sale items, discounted items.
  • No price adjustments for orders placed before or after a sale.
  • Shipping costs are not refunded. Shipping costs to return items to Bestaroo are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns on regular priced items:

  1. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase from www.bestaroo.com, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of purchase. All returns must be unused, unwashed, in the original packaging, from a smoke-free environment, and have all applicable tags still attached. Please visit our return center here to start the return. Once we receive the item a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 10-15 business days of receiving the return. All Sale and BOGO/B2G2 items are final sale and not eligible for return.  All sample sale items are excluded from any type of additional sale price/promotion and not eligible for return, exchange or refund. Shipping costs are not refunded.         

  2. We do not accept exchanges:   If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please place a new order for that item and send back the original order for a refund within 30 calendar days of receipt. 

  3. Why we don't accept exchanges: We sell out of items quite quickly sometimes, so by the time we receive your return the item you wanted might be sold out.
