Hi there! My name is Lavinia and I'm the founder of Bestaroo.
My journey in the baby/kids industry started in 2005, when my first son was born, and I just couldn't get enough of all the adorable baby gear out there. I started off designing fun and functional diaper bags. Little did I know, that was just the beginning of my adventure.
Fast forward to 2010 and my life had taken a bit of a turn. With a 5-year old, a newborn, and newly single, I decided to cut my hair super short (yes, a bit dramatic, I know!), I then transitioned from diaper bags to apparel. And that's when Bestaroo was born!
As a mom, I know how important it is to dress our little ones in clothes that are both high-quality and safe. That's why we use only the finest materials, including super soft bamboo and modal, which are not only gentle on your baby's delicate skin, but also eco-friendly and naturally hypoallergenic.
I feel so incredibly blessed to be involved in an industry that celebrates babies and kids. And, let's be real, who doesn't love talking about skating dogs, guitar playing gorillas and unicorns? At Bestaroo, we're all about family, fun and whimsy - it keeps us forever young!
