Shipping on orders $50+ is free within the United States. All other shipping costs are based on carrier weight and destination charges.
We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Our current processing time in our warehouse is 1-3 business days for all orders including priority, express shipping and 2 day air.
Delays up to 10 days are possible during sales, launches and holidays. Carrier delays are also a possibility and we are not responsible for any delays or lost packages caused by mail carriers. If your package has been lost, please contact your local carrier to report a lost item and to have them locate it and then contact us if they cannot find it.

Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and from a smoke-free environment. Start your return through our Return Center. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return. A $5 return label fee will be deducted from refunds but is waived when you choose store credit. Sale, BOGO/B2G2, sample sale, mystery items, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
