Q: Do my Bestaroo Bucks expire?
A: Yes, Bestaroo Bucks expire 6 weeks after they were issued and we are unable to extend the expiration date. Please don't forget to use it!
Q: Can the Bestaroo Bucks be used with other offers?
A: You cannot combine the Bestaroo bucks with other offers. Only one code can be used per order.
Q: How do I redeem my Bestaroo Bucks?
A: Login to your Bestaroo account and use the "apply store credit" button in the cart page OR copy the code you received in your email and paste to the "gift card or discount code" box at checkout.
Q: Can I return my items if I used Bestaroo Bucks to purchase it?
A: Yes, unless they are sale items. However you will forfeit your Bestaroo bucks, they cannot be re-issued once they have been redeemed
Q: I just placed an order and forgot to use my Bestaroo Bucks, can you apply it to my order?
A: Sorry, we can't apply Bestaroo bucks to orders that have already been placed. Please don't forget to use it.
