How much is shipping?

Shipping is based on the particular carriers weight and destination.

Are free shipping promotions only valid in the United States?

Yes! And free shipping promotions are for standard shipping only not express or priority.

When will my order ship?

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Our current processing time in our warehouse is 1-3 business days for all orders including priority and express shipping. Delays up to two weeks are possible during sales, launches and holidays. Carrier delays are also a possibility and we are not responsible for any delays or lost packages caused by mail carriers. If your pacakge has been lost, please contact your local carrier to report a lost item and contact us    as well.

Do you ship to International addresses?

Yes, we do. Shipping will be calculated at checkout and you will be responsible for any and all duty and/or custom charges. Bestaroo does not pay any duty/custom costs.

Do you offer your products wholesale?

Yes, we do. Please send us a message here  , so we can send you more information and set you up with a wholesale account.

What is your return policy?

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase from www.bestaroo.com, you may return it for a full refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of receipt of purchase. All returns must be unused, unwashed, in the original packaging, from a smoke-free environment, and have all applicable tags still attached. Please visit our return center here  to start the return. Once we receive the item a refund to the orginal form of payment, gift certificate or exchange will be issued within 5-10 business days of receiving the return. A return fee of $5 is charged for returns and will be deducted from the amount returned to you. This fee is waived if you choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. All Sale and BOGO/B2G2 items are final sale and not eligible for return. All sample sale items are excluded from any type of additional sale price/promotion and not eligible for return, exchange or refund. Mystery items and gift cards do not qualify for returns or exchanges. Return label will be provided for $5. 

What do I do if the item I received is damaged?

We are so sorry you received a damaged item. Damaged items need to be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please send a message to us here and provide an image of the damaged area. We are not responsible for damages that may occur during your wash routine and/or stain treatment. The use of chemical treatments, stain pens, tough scrubbing, etc. may weaken/discolor/damage the fabric and is not considered a manufacturer defect covered under our replacement warranty.

What are the washing instructions for Bestaroo items?

  • Cold water, delicate cycle
  • If the item has a zipper, zip it up all the way up and down
  • All items, except for sleep bags should be turned inside out
  • Wash with like fabrics ONLY
  • Turn off agitator
  • Do not wash with "heavy" items such as jeans, towels, comforters, etc.
  • Laying flat to dry is recommended, however you can also tumble dry low and remove promptly     

When will my order ship?

Do you ever have sample sales?

We will usually announce a sample sale a couple of days before the sale. Sample sale items are not valid for any promotional discounts and are final sales. No exchange, no refund, no returns on sample sale items.

Are any of your products treated with harmful or flame retardant chemicals?

No, we do not treat any Bestaroo garments with flame retardant chemicals or harmful chemicals. We do comply with the "snug fitting" FTC/CPSIA requirements for all our loungewear. 

After placing an order I noticed you had a promotion on the item(s) that I ordered. Can I get a price adjustment?

  • Price adjustments for all sales are honored if you placed your order 24 hrs before the start of a sale. If requested within 2 days of the order, sale or promotion.
  • Price adjustment will be provided in store credit only. 
  • Price adjustments exclude flash sales and promotions. Price adjustments will not be made for flash sales. Please read disclaimer for offer to verify eligibility of price adjustment.
  • Final sale items are final sale and there will be no price adjustments.

My order shows delivered, but I still haven't received it, what should I do?
Sometimes mail carriers will marked items delivered prior to the actual/physical delivery of an item, this is out of our control. Please wait 3-4 days to see if it is delivered, check with neighbors, look around the outside of your home. If you still haven't received it withint that time frame, please contact your local mail carrier and send us a message as well.
