Update on shipping/delivery and other coronavirus measures

First and most importantly, we hope this message finds you and your loved ones healthy and well. The world right now feels uncertain and life feels unfamiliar as the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is felt around the globe. Our hearts go out to all those affected by this virus.

During this unsettling time our number one priority is doing the right thing for the health and well-being of our Bestaroo customers, employees and community. Please know we are taking all the precautions advised by public health authorities to ensure we are operating with the utmost care and safety, as we continue to provide you with the Bestaroo cuteness you love.

We are so unbelievably grateful and value your continued support of Bestaroo. We feel fortunate and thanks to you we are able to keep our business running during this challenging time. We are continuing to ship out your orders however please be patient with us as delivery times will be delayed by 1-2 weeks. We are operating with one person at our warehouse so we can continue to practice social distancing and keep everyone safe. We are a mom run small business and as most of you, we are navigating through a lot of firsts with our littles such as learning how to home school, figuring out how to have a productive work day from home while keeping the kids entertained, educated, safe and much, much more.

Keep sending us pictures of your littles in their Bestaroo softness, we need all the cuteness we can get at this time. Please also remember even though your favorite local boutique may be closed, many are online and/or are taking orders through facebook and Instagram. Stay positive, stay home, cherish this extra time you have with your loved ones and most of all stay healthy! We are grateful for your loyalty and are confident that by supporting each other we will come out stronger together!
